The Dracula 75th edition is remastered..less grainy and a little bit more clearer than the legacy version..the audio also improved..5.1 surround..handy if you have a home theater like i do..same goes with the Frank 75th edition..
Plus the Lugosi and Frank special features are really cool..

I liked the DVD Cover and the bonus feature about Lugosi.

I have all six monster legacy collections, the old monster collection 8 movie box set, the 75th anniversary editions of Dracula and Frankenstein, the Bela Lugosi collection, and Universal's Hammer Horror collection. I love the classic horror very much.

Wow man! I'm so glad you love classic horror so much! So do I and about 4 other members! Its the greatest! I actually was way more into them then 70's to present stuff until 2001. I'm so glad I'm alive today! Sure it would have been cool to be around when those old movie came out but whats the point? I mean being alive today you can enjoy all the new stuff and the old stuff in great quality DVDs! Everything is accessible! Life can be good sometimes!

Absolutely. With DVD you actually get to see it in better quality most of the time.

Not mentioned yet (I don't think):
In the Dracula Legacy version Dracula is actually edited. The last scene when Helsing puts the wood into Drac's heart. You only hear one hammer and one death moan by Drac.
In the 75th Ann version the scene is restored in it's entirety. The audio, I mean, is completely back and you hear both hits and both cries.

I really need to break down and go ahead and pick up The Wolfman, The Invisible Man, The Mummy, and Creature From the Black Lagoon sets. you really do. Otherwise, you are missing out on great movies. Well, the Creature and Invisible basically have great originals but weak sequels in my views. The Mummy and The Wolf Man have great sequels. So, it is worth getting the sets. You can actually get both single disc editions of Creature and Invisible for slightly lower prices from Amazon if you don't want to deal with the sequels, but I understand if you just want to have the sequels not to mention having all of your packaging match on your shelf.

Yeah, when I do it I'll buy the Legacy Collections. I'll probably order atleast a couple of them soon. It's been years since I saw The Mummy, The Invisible Man, and The Wolfman. I watched Creature From the Black Lagoon on AMC during Monsterfest this past Halloween. Brought back fond memories.
