Pretty good film...except for the bratty teens, and Myers...Michael is suppose to be a quiet stalker, which he is in part 1 and 2, but in this, he's just man killing people, the mask looked horrible, with those giant alien eye holes, and where does he buy those 12in knives??? But anyway, I own all 8 movies (yes even 3) and I still love this one.

4/5 I would give it a 5 if not for the reason Elias mentioned

In my opinion another typical modern horror movie. I wanted to see a Halloween movie but what i saw was more like a sequel to Scream just as most of the modern horror movies and i hate American Pie eh i mean Scream, the difference isnĀ“t that big.

Love, love, love this film. My favourite sequel in the series. Jamie Lee rocks!

Things could've been done a little differently that would've made this movie even better, but it's still a very good movie. They changed the music too much and shouldn't have had so many recognizable actors. This would have been a fitting and respectable end to the series if the dreadful 'Resurrection' hadn't come along. 4/5

3...there was nothing bad about it but nothing spectacular either.

I give it a 3.
It has some good actors in it, but overall the movie is merely average.

I couldn't disagree more. It was the first really good Halloween in quite awhile. I rate it at least a 4 if not a 4 and a half.

I saw the last 20 minutes of it, and I liked what I saw. I thought it was really cool when Laurie's walking around shouting "MICHAEL!" because you can hear how pissed she is. And I love when she walks down that hall looking for him, and he lowers himself down from the ceiling by ONE ARM. I went 'aww' when he was pinned to the tree by the van and he reached for her. I was really disappointed when I found out that wasn't really him...
Anyway, the last twenty minutes taught me a valuable lesson: Never try to arm wrestle with Michael Myers.

It was really him Toaster. Resurrection doesn't even exist...atleast in my mind.

Works for me! ^_^

4 out of 5 stars for this one. But only because they totally ignored parts 4-6. Otherwise it was a great movie...

I can't verify this 100%, but apparently Carpenter wanted $20 million do direct H20, but was turned down.

I think Steve Miner did one hell of a job directing this movie. He doesn't get enough credit as a horror director, IMO.

I just hope 'Day Of The Dead' doesn't ruin his reputation. I've heard nothing but complaints about it.

i love H20, best one since 2, (even though i liked 5&6) and ressurection is dreadful, H20 is the perfect way to end the series
