I had a creepy nightmare last night. As most of you know I recently moved, and it has inspired a doozy of a dream. I am moving once again and the stuff never seemed to end, but here is the kicker, instead of moving into my new house I just bought, I am moving back into the first apartment I ever had! Which could be considered a crack house now. It was in a really bad neighborhood, and in my dream it is even worse than when I lived there. CREEPY! I see this never ending thing is a reoccurring theme in your dreams. I also notice in this case your dream shows you are afraid of losing what you have accomplished by not only going back to the beginning but it's even worse. It looks like you have subconscious fears of both being stuck where you currently are in life with no hope of any possible advancement. And it appears you are also worried that you might actually fall backwards from where you are at and will end up where you were years ago. In fact you are worried it might be even worse. It's common to have self doubt after a move. You are getting used to a new place trying to make it feel like home so that could explain part of it. That would partially explain worrying about losing things or falling from where you currently are. But it doesn't explain why you'd have a fear of not being able to go forward or being stuck where you are at. Though I do get the impression you don't like your current job. If you aren't happy where you work it can affect your mental health. Sorry for all the dream analysis and psychobabble. LOL But I like interpreting dreams on occasion.

Jesus Christ you just explained me to a T. I do have a fear of going back to where I started, and yes I do hate my job. Not what I do, but who I do it with! Not all of them but some of them. But the benefits are what keep me there. I have the best health insurence you could have.

It's a shame that you have to stay in a job you aren't enjoying just because of the health benefits. I find that is so common these days. It seems the places with the best benefits usually make up for it by being terrible places to work. Maybe that's why they have such great coverage? To cover all the meds you end up having to be on to work there. Seriously though if it's starting to affect your dreams then I'd start looking into another job. I'm sure with enough time and a little work you could find a job with great benefits that would be a lot better place to work for.

Time to start rumors about them to get them fired! Thats Evil IF Hey if they are making his job miserable enough to be causing him nightmares then I say game on!. LOL Seriously though I had problems with a coworker giving me crap for being gay. I made sure to let the boss we worked for who also happened to be gay know about his views. Needless to say the guy was looking for a new job before the week was out.

I think the worst dream I ever had was a pretty recent one. I was in my house, and it was extremely dark (not that odd, considering I'm afraid of the dark...pretty lame, I know) and I couldn't get out of the house, it's not that the doors were locked, it's that every time I opened up the front or back door, I'd end up right back in my house. And then some sort of killer would chase me around the house (they were just kinda this black blob, not really a physical person) and then once they finally got me...I woke up. :S
Maybe not the worst, but certainly MY scariest.

Wow saw this old thread and reminded me fo a dream....
I was trapped in the trunk of a car. I had my cell phone in my pocket. I was calling trying to get a hold of someone. I finally got my ex-wife. She immediately starting asking where I was. I started to tell her the sounds I was hearing, and where I thought I might be. I ended up at the airport parking lot.....Hearing planes. She said she was almost there. She finally found the car I was in.....opened the trunk........took my cell phone........and slammed the trunk back on me........then I woke up....
