This 1958 Hammer film stars Grand Moff Tarkin, or as his family calls him, Peter Cushing. ;D Just viewed this one and it didn't quite live up to the positive reviews I had read. No monster here, just the Dr. Doing other random experiment after fleeing and establishing a new identity and lab. Not horrible, but probably only for diehard fans of the Dr. Frankenstein character or Peter Cushing. 2.5/5

Really, that's disappointing not having the monster in the movie at some point. Good way not to get a second viewing from alot of people especially given the DVD cover.

Exactly. He does a new monsteresque experiment but it's uninteresting and not really a monster. Just putting his disabled assistants brain in the head of an able bodied man.

Yeah that's more 50s mad scientist movie stuff than Frankenstein IMO, I'll avoid this one.

I didn't think it was so bad, but I can understand why people would be disappointed with it.

It wasn't all bad an I'm gonna give it another chance sometime. Maybe it'll grow on me.
