This is on TV in a bit.
Part 1 tonight at 9 Eastern and part II tomorrow at 9 eastern. On the Biography channel. Check it out if you wish. One of my friends is on the Fred Heads section but that's not going to be on there.
Just the documentary part.

I loved this doc! Thought it was amazing! It got me really into Kruger... he only thing that I realized it that the thought of Freddy movies is way better than the actual movies and sitting through t them. I own them all but only watch Part 2. I prefer that over part 1!
Amazing doc though! I recommend it to none Freddy fans too!

Get the DVD I know what you mean Demon, my opinion on it is that if you want to get into the Nightmare on Elm street series don't waste you time or your money watching the movies beyond the original (maybe part 2 and FVJ), just watch this documentary instead. I would but it's so pricey. I keep hearing you bash this franchise, what do you hate about it exactly? Does Abraxis not like entertaining horror movies?

I can send you a copy if you really can't afford it. It's too great to miss!
The franchise as a whole does suck. They took the humor from part 3 and exaggerated it in the subsequent sequels. Just like an Elvis impersonator exaggerates all of Elvis's moves even though he didn't do them himself to that extent. Basically it's called becoming a parody of yourself. That's what Freddy's became after part 3.
It's all down hill at that point.

I first heard about this doc a year before it was released.I think it was selling for 30 or so dollars on the main website, but i found it cheaper on amazon brand new. I agree, this doc explained a lot about the nightmare franchise.A must have in my opinion.

I think I paid like 25 for it, but it came with a poster hand signed by Heather Langenkamp, so it was worth it.
