Over the years many people have played everyones favorite Chain-saw wielding maniac but who did it the best and as a final note I am aware that Kane Hodder was LF in most of the scenes in TCM 3 but R.A Milahoff is credited as LF so I am only putting the credited actors who played LF ok? Enjoy!

I REALLy need to watch these movies again ;D I don't think I have even seen the last couple before the remake and the "prequel" came out. BUT I can say from what I have seen the original is the best. That's one thing the remake did was elimate the "documentary" feel of the original, hence why all of PD's movies look alike. No distinct differences.
But I'll try to watch all the Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies for our very own Letterface VERY SOON ;D

Brew, thanks man your to kind and Rebel, I'm talking about the Leatherface character not any of the films per se. I need to watch some of them before I vote. But I do have ONE question, the remake "TCM: The Beginning" should I watch the theatrical release or the "uncut" release since I saw there was two of them on Ebay? I may just make myself a Texas Chainsaw Massacre marathon in the next week or two.

Always uncut when it comes to any TCM ( except 4...that was just...a crime against humanity) I wasn't a fan of the remake or The Beginning but TB was a bit better and it felt like an old school TCM but Bryinarski played LF as if he was a generic slasher rather than a retarded cannibal.

Gunnar really studied the role, going as far as observing mentally challenged people so that he could imitate their mannerisms.
He also wore the same dirty, unwashed clothes for the whole shoot.
AB had it easy, working on a glossy Hollywood production.

Yup. AB played Leatherface like a slasher like R.A.Milahoff did as well which bothers me alot. He isn't a slasher. He is a inbred cannibalistic retard wielding a chain-saw.
