I watched Psycho years ago and tonight Part 2! I LOVED it! I bought a DVD that has all 3 sequals in it! I can't wait to see the story unfold this week! I'm so glad Anthony Perkins came back to do all 4! He must really love the charcter!
Vote on your 2 favorite of the franchise. I put 2 options because I knew everyone would vote for part 1 only if I didnt have two options ;D

The Psycho films, save Part 1, really don't get the recognition they deserve. They're all well-made, with above average acting, and some good scares. Part 1 and 2 are my favorites. I have the three movie DVD you mentioned Demon. Well worth the money.
The first Psycho has always found a firm spot among my top 20. I don't understand anyone who doesn't like this film. One of the most suspenseful films of all time, a top three horror score in my eyes, wonderful camera work, great acting, and overall an awesome story. I love envisioning the effect it had on people back in 1960.
I didn't see any of the sequels until last year and I was surprised at the high quality. Psycho II is also superb film and probably one of the best sequels of all time. III is decent, not bad at all.
I watched the first last night in fact and II earlier this morning. I'll have a better opinion of III when I watch it in a little while or tomorrow night.
I can watch the first constantly and never get sick of it.
The fourth is the only one I haven't seen yet. I own the standalone copies of the first three and it bugs me that the only way to get the fourth is on that triple pack. What are everyone else's thoughts on the fourth? Is it truly worth getting that triple pack if I already own II and III?
I voted for 1 and 2. I actually enjoyed all 4 movies. Part 3 was a little weird because we see Norman when he was a teen-getting an erection while looking at his mother undress was a little weird for me,but all in all its a good movie.
I also own the 3 disc set D. nice score. #2n67qio#

Absolutely, I agree. It didnt have that real slasher theme, it was more of a psychological thriller. Then again, I think all horror movies are psychological, but some are made especially for that kind of scariness.
Wow I just saw Part 3! I loved it! I think I liked it as much or a tad more then Part 2! It didn't drag at all! Amazing!
Spoiler below: Highlight it to read it. So I guess Mrs. Spool wasn't his mother after all!
That's good! That woulda been odd and ruin everything. It's almost like they knew they were making sequels to the 22 year later sequel. Anyway I can't believe how much I am loving these!
Basket Case fell off with part 2. That was more like a Typical 80's horror movie. It wasnt completely out of this world like Part 1 was. Psycho has held strong for the first 3! Drayton said Part 4 is better than 3! Man I cant wait for this story to unfold! If he is right I'm in for a great night! I can;t wait to watch it and might tonight!
I'm so glad I came across these sequels! I did it when I was looking up the new release of Part 1 thats coming out. LoomisLives07 mentioned it on MySPace and so I looked it up. Thank God I did!
I love these movies! I love Norman Bates and always have! Yet now I'm really into him! He's the greatest! Man I always find something new in my life to keep me going! Even if it's 75 years old! I am so glad I discovered these Psycho sequels.
The creepy thing is that I can totally get into Normans head space. I feel like I'm him and completely understand him. I wanna be in his situation. It's so cozy to me to have my stuffed mother in her bedroom looking out the window at me. Going up there and talking to her. Its so familiar to me for some reason. I get to live this through these movies and I want too live it, in reality. I belong alone in a motel with my stuffed mother who disapproves of everything i do. Battling the urge to kill and always giving in. I don't want to but I do and I love when I give into these feelings.

It feels like my destiny.
Absolutely, f*cking brilliantly said. Camper killed for that.I'm so happy you finally discovered these sequels bro.
I live through the horror movies i watch all the time. I totally understand Normans personality, and i can relate to it tremendously. Theres no other way for me.I'm surprised i'm not an anti-social sociopath.Believe me,if i didn't have morals-i don't know what i could have become. Seriously folks.
