appears to have been filmed more like in 1979 than in 83. My whole purpose in watching this was to complete the golden sombrero of this subject from the same time period - One Dark Night, Funeral Home, Mortuary. This, however, really doesn't involve the mausoleum much, and has some Exorcist themes to it. The are a few good death scenes and decent nudity, and the makeup effect at the end is both funny and amazing. The woman who played Esther in Sanford and Son has a small part in it too. Pretty decent feel to it, nothing special.

Another film that Ive seen the cover for for years in various video stores, but never watched Can't quite pull the trigger on it huh? I picked that thing up at least 79 times over the last year or so, looked at the back, and opted for something else, thinking "maybe another time." It has that kind of effect.+

I have the DVD but am yet to watch it.I wont know if I've seen it before until I start it though. If I was to bet on it, I would say I have seen it back in the day though. Looks like it could be decent. I'll take decent 80's horror over decent modern horror anyday though.

Pretty good movie. The church in this film is the same exact church in the original nightmare on elm street movie. The whole possession and sex scenes were a little cheesy, but that's the main reason i love these movies.
Recommended.

Its really good, its a 1982 slaher if you will. It centers around a murderous mental patient who is hunting down the young woman who recieved a blood transfusion from him. I was surprised by how much I liked it, that and the fact that you get to see ex-teen idol Frankie Avalon in a whole new light, made it all the better. Defiently worth a watch!

Mausoleum is modest movie. It's difficult to watch at times because the video quality in which it was shot is sketcy but EPIC, I love old quality. It has Aunt Ester from Sanford And Son what more can you ask for? ;D

I don't think its quite on that level. That level of film making is reserved for "Nail Gun Massacre" and the likes of that ;D
