Creepshow was an American classic and part 2 had its moments.I love those compilation movies with different stories in them, Trilogy of Terror, Tales from the Hood, DeadTime Stories, Tales from the Darkside, Twilight Zone, all of em.We need a new one dont we?I hope they continue with Creepshow 3 even if it is direct-to-video and wont be too great I just like that format for a movie.

These are the latest details that Ive seen on it: - Co-director James Dudelson is also on board to produce the Day of the Dead remake. - The movie was shot on the Universal Studios back-lot. - The F/X and make-up are done by Greg McDougall (War of the Worlds, Seed of Chucky), an instructor at the Tom Savini Makeup School in Pittsburgh. - There will be five stories. - No word if this will get a DVD or theatrical debut. I wouldn't be surprised if it just gets a DVD release. - The movie will probably follow the same format the first two did. - It's likely that Creepshow director George Romero and Creepshow 2 director Michael Gornick will have no part in this film. - Produced by CreepyFilms. - Taurus Entertainment (Day of the Dead 2: Contagium) are behind this.
Dont know if it will be any good but It'll be worth a rent I suppose.

Wow I couldn't imagine it would have the same feel as the first two! I actually think Part 2 is way better than Part 1. The Indian Wooden Chief has to be one of the best with that long hair guy yelling at everyone Empty your pockets old man... I haven't got any moeny... Empty your fucken pockets asshole.
Classic!

I still need to see part 2...........I still cannot believe they are remaking Day of the Dead............shame shame shame on them. Yes you should check out part 2, its worth a rent or a cheap buy easily.
As far as remaking Day, well theyve already done the other 2, I figured it would only be a matter of time, specially with the current zombie and remake trend in the Wood.I bet itll be PG-13 as well.

Well I think I saw part 2 when I was seven at my friends house......on one of the stories does it have some kids out on some dock in a lake and this black blob thing keeps floating towards them or somthing?..........and as for Day I also figured they would remake it, but Im against it!.........And they better not make it PG-13!......thats like a slap in the face to Romero man!

I wonder why they feel the need to remake all these movie rather than just make new zombie movies... what's so bad about making new concepts with the zombies? I don't get it...
As for Creepshow 2 is definitly worth it! I'd just buy it if I were you. It's worth it, great DVD cover, great 3 movies! Absolute classic!

My favorite is part 2. It kept me entertained almost the whole way through. Part 1 has a few good moment here and there, but you got to be super-man or just seriously braindamage to sit through the whole . Guess a lot of you are gonna sit there in front of your computers and think: Damn ! i am Superman.

I can understand if you like Creepshow 1 as a kid but what about now? The only thing i found a little amusing is that it for some parts are so bad that you have to laugh, i laughed for about 20 seconds and cried the rest.

I love the first Creepshow, even now. One of my all-time favorite horror films. I usually fast forward through the first story with the birthday cake dude, lol, not a fan of that one, but the rest are great! Especially the rich dude and the roaches, and the one where the guy gets all mossy from the meteor (Stephen King plays him). Some good well known actors, and how can you go wrong with a King and Romero collaboration?! Great 80's horror fun!!!
I enjoyed the second one as well, although it was noticeably weaker. I'm afraid 3 won't be good, but I'm kind of excited for it anyways. Here's a poster I made for it:

wouldn'tout different opinions, i think the Leslie Nielsen film is the worst along with the monster in the basement and that the first film is the most entertaining. however it´s good that we have different opinions, in other case we wouldn´t have any discussions.

It is interesting to see the talk of Creepshow 3 before it came out and compare it to the reactions of it now.
The Dead Pit review was hilarious.
As for the first two, they are lots of fun to watch.
When you get Romero to direct and King to write (and even act), you know it will be good.
