Jennifer is one of my favourite actresses 'cause of Friends. Her acting was FLAWLESS! Can't say too much otherwise though, it was alright.

I recorded 2, 3, and 4 a long while back on a VHS tape. I'll try and watch them this week.

I can tolerate Leprechaun in space more than Critters in space. When Johnny Steele turned evil I wasn't a happy camper!

Having just watched these about a year ago, I have to say my opinion on the first 3 films hasn't changed much.
I find the first film to be B-movie entertainment, and a glimpse into pre-Friends Jennifer Aniston. Other than a few funny bits here and there, like the cop scene, or the "Fuck You, Lucky Charms!", there isn't much to it.
Part 2 was very boring to me. The only scene worth watching in this one is where the Leprechaun has a drunken show down with someone, and that is it. Everything else was either clunky or just dull.
Part 3 is when the series started to establish a sort of continuity. It introduces a few things, and we get to see some rules and mechanics with the Leprechaun's gold. It's about what you'd expect.
Leprechaun 4 is... I've seen it once. It was goofy, weird, and just felt so out of place for the Leprechaun. And, if memory serves me correctly, the Leprechaun comes out of a man's penis at one point... yeah, let that sink in for a moment.
Leprechaun in the Hood. This film, surprisingly, has a deep message, if you're willing to endure some ebonics and slang lingo. I like that the three parties - the Leprechaun, Mack Daddy, and the three aspiring rappers - all have their motives for wanting the golden flute. It's a triple threat match of greed, and it comes off pretty well.
Leprechaun Back 2 Da Hood (spelled just like that, mind you) is just plain goofy. It definitely caters to a particular market, or tries to. There isn't much of a redeeming factor here. Though I will admit, seeing the one guy spend his gold on trash bags upon trash bags of marijuana is hilarious.
