A young girl buys an antique box at a yard sale, unaware that inside the collectible lives a malicious ancient spirit. The girl's father teams with his ex-wife to find a way to end the curse upon their child.
The movie does have its flaws but I enjoyed it quite a bit. What a great little actress the main girl was. She creeps me out in this movie like Esther did in the Orphan.

This movie is unique because it is based on Judaism. Most other possession movies are based on the devil or other Christian related demons.

I thought this was gonna be another Exorcist ripoff, but I ended up liking it.

They even cast a Hasadic Jewish rapper to play the son of a Rabbi.
