I said I wasn't going to watch it. But I decided after so many positive reviews to download it. I must admit it was a lot more enjoyable than I thought it would be. It's basically The Munsters but a bit more realistic. It got pretty good ratings. I wonder if NBC will change their minds and order some more episodes? I kind of hope so.

I didn't watch it, but with all of the positive reviews after the initial negative buzz, I seem to have missed something good.

You could always download a torrent like I did. Or watch it on NBC's website. They have the entire episode on there.

I liked it quite a bit. I hope NBC decides to give it a chance and order more episodes.

I'm still hung up on the look of some of the characters, especially Herman. I know it's supposed to be more realistic, but come on, it's the Munsters.
Part of what made the original series so amusing was how extravagant they looked in comparison to the rest of the community. Toning them down robs of that kind of comparative humor, I think.
The house looks nice for a set though.
