Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins (2009)
This story might be old news to some, but i'm very excited about this movie.
This film will be set entirely in the future. That means we might see Reese again. The only problem with that is that Michael Biehn is too old to reprise the role,So who would play Reese then?
I can't wait for 2009,and i appreciate that the new people behind this movie are taking their time to make it.
P.S it seems that this new Terminator movie will be the first of a trilogy. I think thats perfect considering the first 3 films.

I think if it is going a different direction from Arnold's terminator he shouldn't even make a cameo. I've heard they are thinking of Vin Diesel as the new Terminator.

I think Vin could probably be a good terminator.
Maybe even the guy who played James Bond in casino royale.

OH GOD. I'm gonna love it. I think it should have both Vin and Arnold in it. I mean really he's been in all the others (greatly I might add). But alas, he might have his hands full in California *Throws him a fire extenguisher*

I never saw part 3 but I must say that Vin is not a very good fit for this movie or any movie. Might as well put The Rock in it, he's just as bad.

New 'Terminator' Aims for PG-13 RatingBuzz up!More The producers behind Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins say they want to broaden the franchise's appeal by making it a PG-13 movie, despite the fact that the previous three films in the sci-fi/action saga have been R-rated hits. The move echoes one made by the Die Hard franchise: Last year's Live Free or Die Hard was rated PG-13, and went on to become the highest-grossing film in that series. Should the new Terminator (starring Christian Bale as John Connor) carry the PG-13 rating, it would also open doors to toy-licensing deals. Still, producers at Halcyon say they will uphold the standards of the franchise. Said Halcyon co-founder and co-CEO Derek Anderson, ''We won't force it. We are carrying on in the tradition of the mythology, with an exciting approach to the action. If we can make a compelling film to reach the widest audience, why wouldn't we do it?'' (Variety) Not good... terrible news, its Terminator for christ sake! the whole plot of the movies derives around a machine killing people, why would they want to make it PG-13?

It's awesome how they seem to be no longer making movies for adults anymore....not.

I heard it was going to bee R then PG-13 then R, I AM SO CONFUSED!!! But as for the trailers so far, this might be as good as T2 if done right.

I doubt we're not the only ones confused, the producers can't be too clear if they can't even pin down their own rating.

from what I've seen from the trailers it looks like a lock for an R rating, lets hope so anyways

Me too, I can't imagine what a PG-13 Terminator would look like. Not that I really want to.

The rating is fine as long as the film if good. The 3 other Terminators would be PG-13 it seems after seeing a couple of PG-13 films.

The first one is very much R-rated, but T2 isn't all that gory, with the scene featuring the organic material removal being a big factor.

we'll see but I still don't see how you make a good terminator movie and not have an R rating but that's just me

It's pretty depressing because none of the commercials indicated that the whole Arnold face mold was actually used. Nor do I see evidence of a T-1000 either. All T-101
