Tell me about your favorite Halloween moment. It could be a scene, or an event around the movie itself.

It's been a while since I've seen a Halloween film in full. I usually catch bits and pieces during AMC's Halloween programming. That said, I'd have to say my favorite moment is the finale of the first film. Like Scarface, the final few minutes in Halloween are always re-watchable.

Was it the part where Michael got up and walked away?

Everything from the closet to that scene. It was a good set up, good timing, and it really leaves you with that Halloween feeling, if that makes any sense.

Makes perfect sense to me Kwik, I get exactly what you mean. My favorite moment comes at the end of first Halloween as well. When the theme starts playing and they show different spots throughout the house. Like Kwik said, it just gives you that Halloween feeling.

I don't think anything could have made it better. Ignoring the sequels, it ends perfectly. If I have to pick something that could make it better, I'd say maybe some more shots of the areas Michael Myers had been, to give you a quick recap of the sequence of events.

Of course, why ruin a masterpiece?

When Laurie in the original is pounding on the door screaming at the top of her lungs for help as The Shape walked slowly towards her, so creepy. That feel of desperation and feeling that you will die at the hands of this madman.
