I keep hearing the Taker/HBK match was legendary and it sounds like the kind of match that used to happen all the time back in the day. One of the best matches ever, I hear that being thrown around and it makes me excited to see it. Do you know of any place where its available for viewing? I'm familiar with the build up to the match because whenever I tuned into RAW, I got lucky and saw whatever was going on between the two.
Are they ever going to have Taker lose at Wrestlemania lol? I agree though, they were always two of my favorites. I know I go on too much about the state of wrestling today (imo) to whoever I happen to talk about it with, but these two seem as great as they've always been...well, maybe HBK is not as good as pre-back injury, but he still seems to be possibly the very best company has to offer.
Maybe they'll stick around as long as Flair? I'm not too familiar with the background or if they have anything wrong with them.

The only way I think Taker will lose at Wrestlmania, is when he plans to retire and they'll do a retirement stipulation match like they did at last year's Wrestlemania with Flair. Personally I hope he goes out undefeated though.
BTW, did anyone see Santina Marella last night on Raw. It was great, easily one of the funniest things I've seen on Raw in a long time.

Santino is one of the best things about wrestling right now.
He is more then willing to be a goof on camera, as we are better off for it.

Wrstlemania 25 was a complete bust IMO. Frankly, the only good match was Taker vs HBK.The tag title match was dark unfortunately, the MITB was definitely not the best i've seen, Matt vs Jeff was pretty good but a bit unrealistic how Jeff basically dominated and Matt got the upset because Jeff missed him. The divas battle royal was a complete humiliation due to the fact that SANTINO won it. He's funny, but he just ruined history. Mysterio vs JBL was a bust because it only went on for about twenty seconds, I expected a good firm match for the Intercontinental title, and I was looking forward to it, since there hadn't been an IC title match at Wrestlemania for 6 years or so. but all I got was a quick 619, and JBL retiring. The World title triple threat was okay, and Cena lifting 735 pounds was pure amazing strength. And now to the main event - i was praying, hoping to God there would be no interference with weapons or anything, that'd be a firm one-on-one matcxhup. Instead, I got a slegdehamme rto Orton's face. and of course Triple H..*sigh*winning again. I respect Triple H, but after over 13 title reigns, I look forward to the age of Orton.
Basically, Undertaker vs michaels made it. Without it, I know I wouldve wasted 60 bucks.

I don't think Shelton Benjamin gets enough credit. He never disappoints in those money in the bank ladder matches. I can't get over that leap he did off the ladder. I loved the Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels match. It should have been the last match on the card. I have a question and don't mean to be rude and disrespectful about it but does anyone think Undertaker has had some kind of plastic surgery done to his face? He looks damn good for his age.

Personally I don't think he has, to me he looks his age. I mean he's only 43 after all, maybe he just hasn't had the facial injuries most wrestlers get over a career, which make them look older sooner.

I just can't imagine him walking into a plastic surgeon's office if you know what I mean. He just doesn't look the type to me.

The Undertaker doesnt look half bad. but they didnt have the Undertaker vs shawn Michaels as a Legend vs Legend match. They made it a "Let's see which one can still have the same amount of hair by the end of it" match ;D

No cosmetics for Taker I don't think. Shelton Benjamin is good but doesn't get the proper push because his work ethic isn't as good as it should be.
It's hard to have a bad ladder match unless you have guys in it that can't work, but that never happens.

Apparently they are censoring blood on DVD releases now as part of the PG, kid friendly push.

If that's the case then its a good thing they got the Tombstone History of the Undertaker out when they did, since they show the buried alive match between him and Vince from Survivor Series in 2003 uncut and that was one of the bloodiest matches I've ever seen. Vince bleeds like a stuck pig in that one.
EDIT: Tonight was the 2009 Draft on Raw
Here's how it went down: Raw: MVP, Big Show, Matt Hardy, Triple H, The MIz, and Maryse Smackdown: Kane, CM Punk, Chris Jericho, Rey Mysterio, and Melina ECW: Vladimir Koslov The supplemental draft is Wednesday online.

I think its so stupid WWE has these celebrities hosting Raw and they don't even know the wrestlers names or title of the pay-per-views.

Yes I agree. Maybe if TNA goes head to head with them like they have mentioned, it will bring out the best in wrestling again.
In case anyone didn't know Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff have signed with TNA.

TNA doesn't have the marketing power WCW did, so the WWE will be fine with rehashed storylines and matches. Personally, if TNA got picked up by a company that gave two hoots, maybe we'd see them Monday Night War days again... though they don't show their programming on the same days.
WWE was at it's best when it had to work for the ratings, but now it doesn't do much. Damn it, somebody resurrect WCW or something!
