Sure did, XN. Maniac Cop is one of my all-time favorites.

Well. to be honest, I really do enjoy this film. Just not as a Halloween sequel. I think it could have possibly stood alone on it's own to a degree with some success. It's too bad that they decided to release this as Halloween 3, and not just Season of the Witch. I do really like this film though.

That is really the only big problem with the movie. If they'd been smart enough to call it something other than Halloween I think a lot of people would give the film more credit.

While it wasn't the best movie with the name Halloween attached it was a lot better than some of them. I'll take it over Part 5 and 8 any day of the week.

It isn't perfect, but it entertains.

I gave it a 1 star... The movie itself wasn't all that bad... I have seen way worse... *shudders thinking of Vulgar*.... but a Halloween movie it is not.
I did like the one guy's explanation though... how that occurs during the time Michael is recouping, although that probably wouldn't work because isn't there a commercial for the first Halloween seen during the movie on one of the TV's?

Halloween 3 has nothing to do with any storylines featuring Michael Myers.

Exactly. In the Halloween 3 universe, Michael Myers is just another character from a movie.

I know that Michael had nothing to do with it.... but that is the reason I really didn't care for it. I mean don't advertise it as a Halloween movie if it isn't. I believe that was done just to get people to watch it....

Yeah calling it Halloween was a real stupid thing to do. It's a pretty good horror movie. But having that name attached really hurt it. I'd still take it over 5 and 8 any day.

Me too.
I agree that if they had just released it without the franchise title, it would have done much better.

Absolutely. It might have gotten it's own sequels. Which would be cool in my eyes.

4/5
It was a good horror film. It very well might be the best Halloween movie other then the first one.

That it is. The film deserves more respect than the average Halloween fan gives it.

I am a huge Halloween III fan. Like Friday the 13th, I think the best movies in the Halloween series are the first four.
