That's true. It amazes me that a movie like Resurrection can get so much TV time when many horror classics are rarely seen on the boob tube. I mean, when's the last time you saw A Nightmare on Elm Street or The Texas Chainsaw Massacre on cable? The reason the bad films in franchises get so much t.v. time compared to the really good ones comes down to money. It costs the station much less for H:R than for the original. So that's what they put on.

Does it bug anybody else when Michael beheads the girl with one swipe of a butcher knife?
If it was a sword or a chainsaw, I wouldn't mind, but not the knife.

I actualy went into my kitchen and held up a big butcher knife to my neck to see. The knife is a lot longer. I think if it was close enough and there was enough force behind it it could easily do that. I don't think a normal person would have the strength but Micheal definatly would

It also depends on the size of the victim.
If the person is slim, it could be workable in the Halloween universe, but not if they are thickly built.

Thats true, and I'm thin so I might not be the best example. But, its been forever since I saw it, but I'm assuming the girl was thin

I just watched it in the last few weeks, and she wasn't really big. And I also think it would be doable if the knife were sharp enough and enough force were used. But it would take a whole lot of force, only someone "special" like Michael could accomplish it.

I mean you hurt your eye opening a bottle of peanut butter. You could have slipped and proved if it's possible right there. LMAO!

Halloween Resurrection? Could this be a topic about a so-called "horror" film that completely destroyed the Halloween franchise and left it for dead? Let me put it this way - it was a steady film, but you all have to agree with me that they didn't have to make it. Did you see the way H20 ended? That was a perfect ending for the franchise, they could've ended i there on a high note! But instead, they hired the director of Halloween II (one of my personal faves) to direct another one. Now when they hired him I thought "Oh maybe its not going to be too bad" but I stand corrected.
Because this movie shouldn't have even existed, I give it a 1. Horrible in every way, even Michael looked cheap!
