Eh freddy's revenge was just so good that I can't agree. To me Freddy's Revenge will always be the best one, even though most fans hate it. But this one gets the series into more fantasy stuff and expanded the playing ground. So this one is great in it's own way.

But this one gets the series into more fantasy stuff and expanded the playing ground. So this one is great in it's own way. I guess If I were to rate the first 3 of the series I would put them in this order: The original, Dream warriors, then Freddy's Revenge. I like all 3 just about equally, but this is the order I would put them in. I guess I do give the original a little higher rating than the other two.

I liked this one. That scene where he has that kid's tendons/ligaments as puppet strings is pretty nasty. I loved the music video from Dokken, haven't seen it in probably 15 years though.

Three. the beginning of an end of the good ANOES. I agree. They went downhill after this one, and this one started it in that direction.

Yay I'm not the only one who likes part 2! One of my favourites too! First Freddy film i ever watched. I thought the scene where Freddy comes out of Jesse was wicked! Dream Warrors was a sweet flick, The guy with the guns attached to him was cool. The junkie chick who was a punk with Knifes! looked naff! I gave it a four.

This one was ehhh, ok. It had some really cheesy parts and some really uber-corny acting. But overall, it got back to the basics and Freddy was back to terrorizing kids in their dreams. I could have done without the whole "Where is Amanda Krueger" game they played with the Doctor, where he saw her appear and disappear all of the time. I mean, what the hell?
I give it a 3 out of 5.

4/5 The only thing I couldn't stand was Heather's acting, I'm probably gonna be unpopular for that, but I just thought the could've done so much better on this. I thought she always sounded strained or something.

I gave it four stars. Freddy started to become cheesy in this one. I recall that this is the film where the glove made its final bloody mess. After that, it was just a useless prop. The ending of this made it feel like the end of the series. If you ignore the ones after this, the beginning monologue of Freddy vs. Jason still makes a lot of sense.

I loved the way Freddy killed the kids according to what their problems were. "Welcome to the prime time b*tch!"

5 out of 5. Next to the original, this one's my favorite. The cast and story are top notch.

5 outta 5!
I'll never forget seeing this one in the theater when I was about 14. There was an audience full of gasps when Nancy makes her big re-appearance, as well as a ton of screaming and laughing the whole way through.
I've always thought this one was the best out of the series. I actually prefer it to the original.
