5/5,Favorite sequel in the series and I remember watching this all the time so it earns a 5 just for that. The effects were also great and Robert Englund did great in his role as well.

Watched my blu recently with my brother and friend. I like it, don't love it, but it's still better than anything after 3, except New Nightmare. It just makes no damn sense! I've seen it so many times and do appreciate the darkness of it and the plot is good and it has it's moments but, once again, it makes no damn sense lol!

Oh cmon Kwik ya know how it can easily get outta hand at those type of Partys! ;D Re-reading this thread, I laughed at that. ;D Still, I hold true to that statement made years ago. However, I have gotten a lot softer on the film. I do realize it was very early in the series, they didn't have Craven around, and the 80s were the time of Horror. I understand that, and can accept that. In another thread I said this film gets a tad better with each viewing, but it will still be my least favorite one. Ironically, because I have shown this to people, and wanted to watch it a few times to give it another chance, it is probably my most viewed of the series. Freddy looked scary, and he sounded it. But how he interacted at that pool party totally kills the film for me. It's the KO punch.
