It would make it less scary to me if they did.So i say there instinct to kill is better than there sex drive. Yeah it would definetly take away a lot of the killer instinct and they would not be as frightening, I think that was a main point when the topic of Jason and Chris from part 3 was being discussed, and if it would change your opinion of him, and it would, because he would be a different person, as would Michael.

If they were horny all the time, they would be distracted from killing.

This is a rather interesting notion...I'm not really sure if we can answer this properly. Like it was stated before, if you believe in the Curse of Thorn, then I guess that answers for Michael somewhat. And it also might be logical to conclude that if he impregnated Jamie then he was sort of taking out his own sexual frustration here, perhaps (which is, essentially, rape). Other than that, I think that he's probably asexual as far as the 'original' timeline goes. And Rob Zombie's Michael seems to have urges, but hates them (from the rough draft, at least).
Jason is a bit more complicated because of the fact that we really don't get into his head much (only on rare occasions, like in part 2 and Freddy vs. Jason), so it's incredibly vague whether or not. You know, I had the thought the other day that perhaps Jason kills the teenagers engaging in the hoo-ha of life becuase he feels some sort of anger; perhaps this is the idea that since it's been denied to him (of his physical deformities), he feels the need to take it out in some way (I guess you could say the machete is sort of symbolic here...phallic symbol?). I'm pretty sure that his own misanthropy probably factors into this as well, which might make him even *more* frustrated with himself and other humans.
I'm almost positive age might have something to do with it too, I mean...Michael is still 'mortal' right? So he's around 50 years now and I'm pretty sure old men start to lose interest in things like that around this time. As for Jason, if he did indeed 'die' in 1984 (when the events of Fridays 2-4 take place), then that would put him around his late 30s, so I guess some urges still might be present for him. Then again, he's actually *dead*, unlike Michael so...that creates some not so pleasant thoughts.
As for the idea that it would lessen them being scary, I have to say I disagree, I mean two guys that you can't kill going to rape you? That's pretty darn frightening if you ask me.
