I agree...I like how they view superheroes in these stories...Some stuff in this reminds me of the Civil war series.(amongst other stuff)This movie has potential.

This looks awesome. I've never read the comics, but this looks really cool.
"The world will look up and shout SAVE US. And I'll whisper...NO."
I love that line. The song is awesome too. I'm sure the director of 300 will be great at this.

Zack also directed the remake of Dawn of the Dead, so in my book, he's 2-for-2! This should be great.

I am really anticipating this.
I haven't read the GN yet, but the subject matter is fascinating.

Wow, their really on a role with these superhero movies ain't they! Man that was sick! I love how they used Smashing Pumpkins' new version of their song "The End Is the Beginning Is the End"! I used the original version on my Nosferatu music video! I also am looking forward to "The Spirit"! I like this trailer better!

The theatrical version will run around 155 minutes, but Snyder said that he already has a cut prepared for DVD that is 190 minutes, and he is also shooting animated Black Freighter segments that he hopes to add into an even longer cut running 220 minutes.

I just finished the Graphic Novel, as long as they stick, page by page then the film will be a masterpiece. I know the ending changed which kind of worries me.

this is my #1 movie to see so far this year, it has TDK build up for me, it looks amazing and the story of the Watchmen is alone enough to go see it

If it's anything like the graphic novel it's going to have an amazing story.

Thats good, thanks! For these kind of movies, CGI doesn't really bother me, as long as they try and make it look real!

With super hero movies you almost have to have CGI. At least the ones where the heroes have super powers. But there has been some pretty shoddy CGI scenes in super hero movies. Anyone remember the scene in the first Spiderman where he climbed up the wall towards the screen? Very fake looking.

This looks pretty good. It took until seeing the trailer again during my second F13 viewing, but something finally clicked and I'm looking forward to it. Not necessarily saying I'll make it to the theater for it, but it looks good.

The reviews don't phase me.
I really want to see this, as it is rare to get an R-rated, adult oriented superhero movie.
