The man may be 78 years old, but he is still an on screen badass.

Me too but it was actually pretty good. The only thing wrong with it was Tom Cruse, he was the only American in that entire film.

There is a lot of buzz over Clint getting a best actor nomination, something he hasn't won yet.

That's just so wrong, he's one of the greatest living actors today. Hopefully this will finally get him the big prize, it really looks awesome.

Martin Scorsese's win for The Departed was similar to this possible situation, honoring the film and his career at the same time.
EDIT:
Clint still has the box office charm, with the movie making $29 million in its wide release opening weekend.
I haven't heard a bad thing about it.

GREAT MOVIE! I highly recommend going to see this one. It reminds me alot of American History X. Eastwood is the man!

Well I just got done watching it online and I must say, it was great! I absolutely loved it! It had it comedic moments witch I enjoyed very much, I loved how Eastwood stood up against gang members witch others would not! After he first stands up against the gang, his neighbors start putting flowers and gifts on his porch. Witch I thought that was weird. Whoopi, he stuck a gun in bunch of gang member's faces. He's not Jesus or anything like that, I know he's Clint Eastwood but not in the movie itself! The main part of the movie is about Eastwood teaches the kid who lives next door to him about standing up for himself and being an adult. Along the way he teaches himself how to be more friendlier to others younger then himself cause at the beginning we see him not being able to get along with anyone younger then him or anyone from a different race. So teaching this Asian boy and spending time with his sister and the rest of family, they change him a little. The movie isn't PC at all, theres a lot of raciest comments and it might offend allot of people but it has great values and it has deep meaning where you can't let anyone push you around and it's not too late to make things that are wrong, right! All n' all, this is a great movie, I think this is the best Clint Eastwood movie that he did in years and I recommend it! I give the movie 5 " GRAN TORINOS" out of 5! Loved it! Watch the hole movie HERE!

Wow .I never heard of this movie. I thought this was a thread about a video game when I first saw it. Like a sequel to Gran Turismo or something lol. I may have to see this. Drawing comparisons to American History X is very impressive to me. Fun fact: I have never seen one movie starring Clint Eastwood or Tom Cruise.
They just never interested me, the movies they were in.

Clint has made too many great movies to mention here.
I love the Fistful Of Dollars trilogy of spaghetti westerns.
Dirty Harry is another great role.
