I currently weight 20 pounds more than you, but I want to lose it and build some muscle.

It's not too hard to do... about 4 months of dedication is all it takes. I have pics of me online of what I looked like after 5 months of working out starting from being 143 pounds and it's pretty crazy.

Good luck pal, that wont do too much I can tell you that LOL The important thing to do now is lose the weight. If I wanted to right now I could drop 15 ponds in one month and gain 20 the next month. Then 10 more then next month. I have complete control over my body and everything about it. It's all about your mind, youre body is nothing. If you dont have it upstairs you will never achieve your goals that I promise.
I have already gained 20 pounds in 3 months like it was nothing. How? Because I wanted too... just the same mentality it takes to stop drinking soda, or masterbating, or eating junk food or drinking beer. I have done all that and can again if I ever went back. It doesnt take much man, only the stroing survive. I believe you have it someowhere in yourself. You just need to find it next time you reach for the garbage foods or the beer or anything else stopping you from what you want.

I still can't believe you were an amateur wrestler at one time. You should put up that mini Halloween movie you and your friends made if you can also. That was fun to watch.

I was actually going to there's only one problem... the sounds in ALL my videos have a delay.... so they wont hear them as it's happening and that will mess up moods especialy with how I added music to the movie.
I may do it anyone for the hell of it tommorow..

I ned to really cut back on food, and there is a community centre with a weight room that is not too much to join, so I want to do that as well.

Wow thanks Jason! I know you're a wrestling expert too so you take it very serious! thanks a lot man! Im glad you like it! Yeah dude. I quit watching it just a few weeks ago though. I don't know. I kinda lost interest after ECW came back now and all that. I'm sure I can easily get back into it though. I'm more into UFC Fighting now, though. I did some wrestling on my trampoline with my friends and my brother. All real, but no striking. Just grappling takedowns and submissions. Beat my friend twice with a neck crank and a guillotine. And he's 6'0" 180 lbs. My brother and I just wrestled around. He's 28. And my friends said it was a draw. But anyways, yeah dude. I could totally see you in Professional Wrestling man. no doubt. All you need is a good character and a little bit of polishing here and there and you'll definitely be good to go!!! I'm not kidding either. Give it a year or two of training man. For sure. You'll make it, I know you will. If thats what you wanna do though. But for right now, I'd think you'd make some very entertaining Dark Matches

Cool thanks dude, as for character my name is Al Katraz and I was let out of jail after 5 years of hard time. There's a whole story I created for it lol. I think that story would work
Thanks again man, that's so cool that you think that.

No the pedigre was the closest thing to that which you saw. We didn't do anything that might kill us since we were never schooled.

I use real moves when I wrestle with Jayson, but I don't do them at full force.
I know how to do the vertical suplex, Cradle Shock, DDT, brainbuster, FU, tombstone piledriver, and a few other moves I made up myself.
I have this move I made up (but later found that was previously used in Japan) where the opponent is put in am inverted facelock, put in the vertical suplex position, and as the opponent is going down, is put in as jawbreaker/stunner position.

All I got to see from the video was the ring in the back yard. My computer wouldn't show the whole video. Darn!
