I'll do this similar to fridayfan1979's except I'm not going to include my diet. If in the future I'm able to have a better diet I'll start including that too. Right now my schedule rotates due to it being a 3 days on one day off. So I don't have a set day of the week that I do the same routine. They move with every week. Today's will have gone as follows. BTW I'm limited to only having 30 lbs dumbbells.
Shoulders.
Arnold Presses 30/8, 30/8, 30/8, 30/8 Press Behind Neck with Dumbbells 30/10, 30/10, 30/10, 30/10
Triceps.
Dumbbell Kickbacks 30/15, 30/15, 30/15, 30/15 Triceps Bench Dips BW/20, BW/20
Oh BTW before doing my workouts I do one of two things for cardio it really depends on the weather. I either walk about 6 blocks or use my exercise bike for 20 minutes.

Thanks. It's absolutely pitiful compared to yours. But I am still a beginner and am in pretty sorry shape so am starting slowly.

Nothing wrong with that. With consistent workouts and some hard work, you'll get where you want to be in no time.
