Just got done watching this. Although well done and very good... I thought it just scratched the surface of where it coulda went... They could have explored the making of PSYCHO so much deeper. Instead they chose to focus on Hitchcocks marriage. Although that was a nice sub plot, it took too much time away from the PSYCHO aspect. They really coulda done so much more. Sad really... but definitely worth a watch!

I've still yet to check this one out. Afterwards, I'll let you know what I think when I get to it. I was hoping it would of focus more one this part "it took too much time away from the PSYCHO aspect" instead of "Hitchcocks Marriage".

Question, why and how is Ed Gein in this?

Ed Gein was the inspiration for Psycho.

I know that, I mean like okay I saw a photo where Hitchcock is meeting Ed Gein in the movie. How is that possible? Ed Gein was locked away in the mental institution when Psycho was made.

Is Gein supposed to be in Hitchcock's dreams or something?

That's what I am wondering. Still, whoever they got to play Ed Gein looks a lot like him, though Steve Railsback is my favorite Ed Gein.
