Here's the "story". www.theonion.com/content/news_briefs/final_harry_potter_book?utm_source=onion_rss_dailyLOL sadly I could actually see this happening with the way some people complain about spoilers. I mean I can understand not wanting to have something spoiled. But I've been bitched out on e-mail groups for talking about plot points of a movie that had been out for 20 years. LOL But all joking aside if anyone here ruins the book for me before I can read it I'll take out the banning stick. ;D

They all die in the end, you never see it coming

I hope you are joking. Because if you just ruined the end of the book for me I will be supremely pissed.

I don't know a thing about Harry Potter, so I am unable to spoil it.

The books are great. Actually the movies don't do bad at all showing what they are like. But like in most cases they are even better than the movies.

I strongly dislike Harry Potter, but I don't understand what the complaint in the article is o.O. If it's the last book wouldn't you want to know what happens in the end and future? And how is it a spoiler if it's in the actual book. >.>

It's a joke article. That's why I put quotes around the word story and put a wink in. The Onion does fake stories. I thought it was a funny article.

I never could go too far into Harry Potter, I always saw a lot of similarities between it and Ursula K. LeGuin's Earthsea series.
The plots are nearly identical: A young boy goes to a school for wizards, encounters a rival who is arrogant and of a rich family, and even more ironic is the main character obtains a scar from an evil entity.

I absolutely love the series. Boks are better than the movies, but they're pretty close.
