I caught the ending of this movie on Sci-Fi yesterday afternoon, and it looked okay. I intend to obtain the film and watch all of it, but for those of you who may have seen it, any thoughts?
The basic set-up is this: Zombie outbreak occurs in a maximum security prison.

It sounds like an interesting premise. But you say it was on Sci-Fi was it one of their movies? Or just showing on the channel? Because I can't remember one of their movies ever being enjoyable. LOL It's almost like a curse. A DEATH CURSE! ;D

LOL It's almost like a curse. A DEATH CURSE! ;D Don't quote me on this, but I don't think it was a Sci-Fi Channel original film. It was just being broadcast on their channel, but according to a few websites and reviews, the film seems to be kicked around a lot... but what I saw was decent. However, maybe that was the only shining part and I missed the horrible parts. You're right about Sci-Fi not having enjoyable movies, but you have to give them props -- they do put a lot of stuff out, and that's saying something. I don't see many other channels promoting or producing as hard as them, now if only they'd work on quality over quantity...

Oh you definitely have to give them A for effort. What really hurts most of their movies is the really cheap CGI effects they seem to love putting in every one of them. Most of their movies would be watchable if they'd just use the classic effects. The cheesy CGI just takes you right out of the movie.

I think it was a Sci Fi movie. But I might be thinking of House Of The Dead or something.

God yes Uwe Boll makes Ed Wood movies look like Oscar contend able movies.

I like the concept of it, but to hear that it was in Sci-Fi and may be one of their "original" films makes me think twice.

According to IMDB, it was done by Asylum Home Entertainment. So I believe it is safe to assume it is not a Sci-Fi Channel Original, but it seems reviews are mixed on it.

Oh God even worse. Asylum makes the worst movies bar none. When I had my MVP membership at Hollywood Video I learned quickly to avoid movies from Asylum.

Now I'm even more tempted to see all of the movie, just because if IFdude's warning.

Jeremy just made me laugh so hard I spit on my computer monitor with the Snakes on a Train comment.
Oh God... thanks for the laugh, now I feel a thousand times better than I already was, which was actually really good!

Smart move. I wasn't kidding. I haven't seen even one remotely good Asylum film. Not even a so bad it's good one.
