The remake starts with teens f*cking in a cabin. Because that topic really hasn't been explored enough. There's no underground base. The world is not overrun by zombies, it's an infection that is just starting to spread in this small town. So it's not the Day of the Dead. And the movie mostly takes place at night.
Ahahaahaha
I can't believe this.
What a waste of a movie.

I usually am willing to see remakes. But I made the decision quite awhile ago not to even bother with this one. I can't remember what particular news story made that decision for me. But the bad news kept coming about how bad it was going to be.
This just confirms it.

I'll watch it! I want to see just how bad it is! And, well, I haven't seen a zombie movie in a good while, so this will be killing two birds with one stone.
And besides, I have a soft spot for bad films. They're usually good for laughing, or disbelief! Lmao.

The only time I'll watch a movie that I know is bad is if there is at least one actor whose work I've previously enjoyed that I feel can carry enough of the film to make it enjoyable.
There isn't anyone in this film like that. To quote a famous man "I'm getting to old for this shit." ;D

Its not that bad at all IMO.My wife liked it.
The original IS better,but i've seen worse remakes.
I like the cover art and special features for the dvd.

We got this as a free redbox rental and were gonna watch it the other night, but the trailer looked so bad, we watched the orignal instead. ;D
Gave it a burn though, so I'll get to it someday.
