I'm guessing it's home made. Even at their peak I don't remember a Krang in his robot costume. ;D

That's great, I mean I grew up with TMNT too but that's even too far out there for me. It wouldn't surprise me if they put those out in stores. I remember when TMNT was in its prime and there was merchandise everywhere. I never saw it but it may have only been available in party/costume stores around Halloween.

Spencer's, but I only saw the Leo though. I'll have to go back and see if they got more, that is if they still have them!

I saw the entire 10th season of TMNT on YouTube, and I didn't care for that much, I like how Shredder and Krang came back and join the new guy for awhile, but after James Avery left to do "Fresh Prince", they got the other guy to fill in his place. The hole season just made me go back and watch season 1-9.

I watched the cartoon a few times, saw the first movie, but was never really a fan of them, plus I'm a bit older, so it was a little too in between for me to have latched unto it considerably. But HE-MAN , now your talking my style, I had almost every HE-MAN action figure, I had Castle Grayskull, Snake Mountain, (with that bad ass voice changer thing) and also the horde lair. I remember sneaking out to the Christmas tree a secretly opening what I knew was my HE-MAN toys. What I got was (cant think of the name) but the horde guy that had six legs, two heads and four arms. Same here Abraxas, I loved He-Man.

This was a sad state of affairs... I LOVED all the bad guys on the TMNT 87 cartoon and really wondered why Bebop and Rocksteady werent in the 2nd TMNT movie... and there IS an actual reason.
Read it and weep... Bebop and Rocksteady were the creations of Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird whilst co-developing the background behind the original animated series. Both hated the toning down of the characters by the second season and refused to use the goofier versions in the second movie, which the studios insisted on. This is why Tokka and Rahzar were used instead. This is the final episode Bebop and Rocksteady were ever in.
Bebop and Rocksteady's last appearance is in the season 8 finale Turtle Trek. In that episode, the Turtles destroy the Technodrome's engines, trapping it and its inhabitants in Dimension X for good. Bebop and Rocksteady are never seen again after that episode, but Krang and Shredder return during the 10th and last season. Bebop and Rocksteady are presumed to still be somewhere in Dimension X.
In the last episode of the eighth season, "Turtle Trek", the Turtles destroy the Technodrome's engines and trap Krang and Shredder in Dimension X. The Technodrome gets trapped in Dimension X for good, and is sucked into the pit of a Sarlacc, a ferocious tentacled alien animal whose size rivaled the Technodrome itself. This finally renders it inoperable, and it is not seen again for the remainder of the series until the final episode, in which Donatello and Michaelangelo enter it to retrieve Krang's android body; the Technodrome had long since gained unrecoverable damage by that point.
