When I first watched I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER, I wanted to turn it off as soon as they ran over the "hook man." In real life I'd like to think people I know would have called the police. That would have ended the story right there. But since I always like seeing how things end and hope they get better, I kept watching. This is the best of the three I have seen in the series. The acting is obviously good.
I STILL KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER is a typical sequel because the body count is higher, etc.
I WILL ALWAYS KNOW WHAT YOU DID THAT SUMMER is a disappointment. I only watched because I was told Don Shanks was the stunt coordinator, and I liked his work in HALLOWEEN 5. I watched this third movie on FearNet.
Has anyone read the book that this series is based on? I have seen it in the library and considered reading it.

I have the double feature boxset. I liked the first one, especially the Type o Negative soundtrack. The second one was so so,and i don't own the third one. Thats garbage.

I'm not the biggest fan of this film.

Pretty meh to me. An extremely tame slasher. The only reason it is any good is because of the two lead babes, who are absolute smoke shows.

Like the Scream series the first one is the best. I've never seen the 3rd and really have no interest in seeing it.

XN,
I have the first two movies, too. I agree - The soundtracks are good.

I always enjoyed Type o Negatives music. Summer breeze is a good song.

I recently read the book I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER by Lois Duncan, and it is very good. I highly recommend it.
