Anyone believe in massage therapy?

Anyone ever had this done on their lower back or at all? I'm thinking of doing it or at least inquiring some info on it and having it done. I'm a little tense.

My prerequisites are

-cost-effective

-must be a female doing it

-must help alleviate some tension in my lower back.

I'm not even asking for a happy ending either but I'll go as high as a $50.00 co-pay for that if they offer it.

I have had massage therapy in the past. I had pain across the back of my neck and shoulders from tension and it helped a lot. I am thinking about going back to one. They have several different types of massage therapy.
