As a child Jack Brooks witnessed the brutal murder of his family. Now a young man he struggles with a pestering girlfriend, therapy sessions that resolve nothing, and night classes that barely hold his interest. After unleashing an ancient curse, Jack's Professor undergoes a transformation into something not-quite- human, and Jack is forced to confront some old demons... along with a few new ones.Robert Englund out did himself in this movie. If you're a fan of The Evil Dead, you'll love Monster slayer. Real cool monster slashing fun.

I saw it advertised in a magazine a few days ago so its on the way. I'm glad Robert Englund stars in it. Does anyone know how long the movie is/is it any good on the bonus disc that is available exclusively at Best Buy? I just stuck with getting the regular version since it was cheaper.

The best buy manager gave me the 8.99 special price for the 2 disc edition. Yes,the second disc has pretty cool extras.

If I get it, I'll go ahead and buy the one with the bonus disc. I hate having to double dip. Right now I'm wrestling with the decision on whether or not to pick up the 3 disc SE of RZ's Halloween. I wish I would've just waited.

Fango magazine has been pimping this movie for months now. I will rent it eventually. It looks to have a lot of good makeup FX and no CGI, so that is enough to get me interested.
