I don't know if this movie has been talked about yet, I did a search and couldn't find it, so hopefully this isn't redundant.
I have always been a Kane fan but when I heard he was filming a horror movie I have to admit I was a little uneasy about it. I mean the WWE and Horror Movies I wasn't sure how the two would mix. But I have to say after watching it when it came out I was pleasently surprised by the whole thing. This film has an unusual premise not to mention some really creative and enjoyable kills. If you haven't seen it yet I really reccommend it.
The Plot: A group of petty criminals and their chaperons take part in a work release program which brings them to a hotel to help renovate. Its not long before they run into Jacob Goodnight(Kane), a huge psychopath with a rather unusal likeness for eyeballs and tattoos. What follows is not only good old slasher fare but some surprises as well.

I enjoyed it. I was glad to see they didn't try and incorporate wrestling into it. I remember not long after it came out how many people said they wanted to see Kane play Jason voorhees. I saw polls where he winning by a landslide. I'm glad no one went with that idea. I mean I think Kane was good in this particular film. But he's way too big to play Jason.

I also can say that this was better than I expected. Nothing extrodinary, but an enjoyable little horror film to watch from time to time. 7/10

Just watched it the other day and among other things was suprised to see a number of familiar aussie faces in the cast.
It sure was predictable though, but then again the last slasher that had anything i didnt predict would have probably been Ripper:Letter from Hell.

Yeah, and i'm pretty sure Glen Jacobs is about 7 feet tall - way too big for Jason. I love Kane's various gimmicks in the WWE, and was psyched when See No Evil came out. I went to see it andI enjoyed it. The kills wre okay, and the plot was good. A nice slasher film, especially for the WWE, who you would think would be the last ones to produce a thriller.

I think Kane did a fantastic job in this movie, thanks for posting Fire.I really liked the opening sequence when they were playing that "children of the world" song. Real good stuff.

No problem. I really liked that opening too. That song was just so creepy the way they used it. By the way if you really liked the movie there is a novelization out and it does give alot of backstory especially about Jacob, and definetly helps answer alot of questions that the movie leaves open.
